- (AB)(Extraordinary Pacification Action)The genocidal Nazi policy in German-occupied Poland, as implemented by Hans Frank, the governor-general of the General-Gouvernement. Its purpose was to liquidate the Polish intelligentsia, which included teachers, clergy, doctors, dentists, war veterans, officers, ranking bureaucrats, merchants, big landowners, writers, and journalists, as well as Poles who had university or high school diplomas.
